A Minnesota prosecutor 8 says the police officer who shot and killed a black motorist in suburban 9 St. Paul in July had no good reason to use deadly force. Officer Jeronimo Yanez faces second-degree manslaughter charges in the shooting death of Philando Castile.
And conjoined twin girls from Nigeria have been successfully separated. The 18-hour operation happened at a Memphis hospital.
