Cathy: Hi. I’m here to see Ms. Matthews.
嗨。我要见Matthews女士。
Receptionist: Do you have an appointment?
您和她约好了吗？
Cathy: No, I don’t.

Receptionist: Whom should I say is here?

Cathy: My name is Cathy Bates. I spoke 1 with her about a week ago and she told me to just stop by when I was in the neighborhood. I am dropping off some paperwork for her.

Receptionist: Please wait a moment. I will see if she is available.
