Egypt's presidential candidate and ex- military chief Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi has overwhelmingly won the votes by Egyptians living abroad. The country’s presidential election commission announced on Wednesday, that Sisi garnered 1 94.5 percent of the votes cast by overseas Egyptians in 124 countries.
He is widely anticipated to win the election when Egyptian’s go to the polls next Monday and Tuesday. The election commission also revealed that Sisi’s opponent, leftist leader Hamdeen Sabahy, received 4.5 percent of the votes.
