The ball is in your court.和 It slipped my mind.

The ball is in your court.
每次老板都是意味深长的拍着Andy的肩膀说:“Now the ball is in your court. I believe you can give me an excellent answer。”
The ball is in my court. I can do it well. Believe youself and you can succeed!(该我了, 我能做好, 相信自己,成功属于你!)

It sipped 1 my mind. slip原指滑动,在这里指错过或放过。所以 It slipped my mind.
“Has it slipped your mind again?Do you remember what’s the date today? Why are you coming without anything?”(你又忘了吗?
一次和一公司谈判,秘书打开文件夹的同时轻轻地 “呀”了一声,“I checked all the papers, but there is still one piece slipped my mind!

See you!
