贝拉克·侯赛因·奥巴马(Barack Hussein Obama),1961年8月4日出生,美国民主党籍政治家,第44任美国总统,为美国历史上第一位非洲裔总统。1991年,奥巴马以优等生荣誉从哈佛法学院毕业,而后在著名的芝加哥大学法学院教授宪法长达12年(1992年-2004年)。2007年2月10日,宣布参加2008年美国总统选举。2008年11月4日正式当选为美国总统。
2009年10月9日,获得诺贝尔委员会颁发的诺贝尔和平奖[1] 。2012年11月6日,第57届美国总统大选中,奥巴马击败共和党候选人罗姆尼,成功连任。

Barack Obama is the 44 President of the United States of America. He is also the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. He made history in 2008 when he won the U.S. presidential election. He is the first African American to be President. Obama's charisma 1, intelligence, and powerful speeches have made him extremely popular with many Americans. He has been very successful with his message for change.
Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961 to a black Kenyan father and white American mother. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man. Barack's family moved to Indonesia in 1967. He attended schools in Jakarta until he was ten years old, when he returned to Hawaii. Obama majored in political science and international relations at Columbia University in New York.
After four years in New York, Obama moved to Chicago. There, he worked as the director of a community project from 1985 to 1988. He entered Harvard Law School and became the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. Obama taught law at the University of Chicago Law School for twelve years. He became an Illinois Senator 2 in 1996.
In 2004, Obama was elected as a U.S. Senator. He supported legislation 3 on conservation, energy, immigration and honest leadership. Obama is currently 4 battling with serious issues such as the economy. He beat Mitt 5 Romney to win a second term in office, despite a poor economy and high unemployment. He thanked voters by promising 6 to spend his second term honoring their support, saying: "There's a lot more work to do."
