-We intend to charter a flight to Singapore,Malaysia and Tailand on May 1st and May 6th.

-What type of aircraft are you going to charter?

-A Boeing 737.

-How many people will you go together with?

-We've got 110 travellers with 10 guides and interpreters.

-You can't fill up a large jet like Boeing 737.There are more than 130 seats on that kind of aircrft and still more than 10 of them will be left vacant.

-May we take the plane with the vacant seats free of charge?

-I'm afraid you can't .In that case,we can't make any profit.

-Then we'll try to get 10 travelers more.

-You have also to pay the cost of feryy flight because the plane has to fly back without any passengers traveling on it.

-Yes,we know.

-Would you please register here first?

-All right.

-Do you prefer to sign the contract now,or after you get enough travelers?

-Maybe I'll come several days later to sign the contract.

-Good .How do you pay for it,in cash or in check?

-OK.Now please get these copies of AWB and take your truck to the cargo 2 yard.They'll help you unload the truck.

-What can I do for you?

-I've been waiting for my baggage at the claim area for half an hour.Most of the passengers coming with me have already left the airport now.But I haven't got mine yet.

-Don't worry,would you please show me your baggage stubs?

-Here they are.

-Wait a minute,please.I'll go to the airport inquiry 3 office.

(Coming back from the inquiry office.)

-I'm sorry.The porter put your baggage in a wrong place.And your bag gages weren't loaded in the airplane you were in.Now they have found the prblem and would put them on the next flight.

-Yes,your reservtion is OK.Have you checked your baggage to the final destination?

-Yes.I have.

-OK.Since you have reserved our flight to Liverpool,your accommodation will be arranged by our airline.

-Good.

-Please go to the transfer counter of our airline to get a voucher 4.It's just on the first floor,the left side of terminal building.

-By the way,I have got two suitcases,and I'm wondering whether I can deposit one of them here.

-Certainly.The checkroom is next to our office.You can deposit your suitcase there.
