Big thanks, big blues 1, into the students' hammert high to get a start today. Yesterday, we have explained a little bit about the United Nations' general assembly. Its annual meeting is happening this week in New York city. Ladies and representatives from around the world have come to the United Nations' headquarters. They all get to make speeches to the general assembly about the issues they think deserve UN attention. President Obama spoke 2 yesterday morning this is part of president's role with American's chief diplomats 3. Speaking on behalf of the country about International issues, President Obama talked about the civil war in Syria, the recent economic struggles in the US and overseas. He also focused on Iran. In yesterday's show, we discussed the decades of tension between US and Iran. In a speech, president talked about the possibility of the countries' finding a common ground. The Oba's meet proves to be too great. But I firmly believe the diplomatic path must be tested. For more than the cold war, my deep and Iran's isolation 4, Iran's general commitment for Iran to go a different diplomatic path will be good for the region and for the world. They will help Iranian people to meet their extraordinary potential in commonthand culture, science and education.

Here are five things to know about the possible US government shutdown.

No.1 It's up to the congress and the president to work this out. Congress sets the job passing spending bills that fund the US government and the President signs those bills in the law. The government's finial year starts next week, that's why the deadline is October 1st.

2 President Obama's health care reform law. The affordable 5 care Act, Obama care factors in. Recent poll indicated public support for Obama care is weakening. The Republican let house of representatives has to vote fund for the government but only if the health law is defunded, effectively killed. Neither the Democratic-led Senate nor the president will go for that. Someone has to compromise on Obama care to avoid shutdown.

3. This wouldn't be the first time that government has shut down. The last two times were when the 1990s, one of them lasting 6 21 days and it's the longest shutdown in American history.

4. Many Americans though maybe not everyone would notice. Some government workers would be followed, forced taken time off without pay. Vacation plans for millions would change because National parks and museums like the Smith Somalia would be closed. American couldn't get passport or certain government loans until the shutdown ended. The government workers consider it essential, the military, the FBI,  air traffic control, the TSA, they will all stay on duty. Government medical coverage 7, medicare, medic would still be there for those who needed. And you still get snail 8 mail, post delivery wouldn't change.

5.The economic impact really depends on how long the shut down will last. A few days likely wouldn't have much impact. But a few weeks could make a dint 9 in Gross Domestic Product and a fragile economy that could hurt.

And that day for you now from Kenya, we are then reporting on a terrorist attack on the shopping mall on the capital city of Niribi. Yesterday, Kenyan's president said security forces had caught a shamed and defeated the gunmen.

This all started on Saturday with the attack on the West Edge Shopping mall. All Sheba said it was responsible, this was the terrorist group based in Somalia, one of Kenyan's neighboring countries. The attack turned into a stand off then yesterday security forces said they were making final sweeps to the mall. Kenyan's president said floors inside had collapsed 10 although he didn't explain what caused that. He described the country is blooded but unbound.
