[00:18.40]First of all,I need to start eating healthily!

[00:23.83]I mean, lately,it's been all junk food.

[00:28.37]Unfortunately,I've been feeling so weak 'cause my health is so bad.

[00:34.74]So I have to take the first step and start an exercising agenda.

[00:40.68]I know it's gonna be hard 'cause I'm constantly busy.

[04:49.62]I don't want to brag 7 or sound Iike l’m the best，

[04:58.48]I have been in dance for about nine years．
