[0:12.738]They are short sentences that describe something people believe to be true about life. 谚语是人们用言简意赅的语言来表达一些生活的真理。

[0:18.131]But is life the same or different from society to society? 但是不同社会的生活是相同的还是不同的呢?

[0:22.222]Certainly, people hope for, and fear, many of the same things. 当然,人们所希望的和害怕的大部分事情是一样的。
