Leo: Good morning, Ms White, Mr Webber.
Jack: Good morning, Leo. Mona and I are checking out this morning.
We’re going hiking.
Mona: Yes. We’re going to the mountains. They’re a long way fromhere.
Leo: Excellent. Could I have your keys please?
Leo: Two single rooms for three nights. Will you be paying separately?
Mona: No, we’re paying on the one card.
Leo: Fine. I’ll just print up your invoices. While you’re waiting, wouldyou mind filling out this client satisfaction survey?
Leo: Good morning, Ms White, Mr Webber.
Jack: Good morning, Leo. Mona and I are checking out this morning.
We’re going hiking.
Mona: Yes. We’re going to the mountains. They’re a long way fromhere.
Leo: Excellent. Could I have your keys please?
Leo: Two single rooms for three nights. Will you be paying separately?
Mona: No, we’re paying on the one card.
Leo: Fine. I’ll just print up your invoices. While you’re waiting, wouldyou mind filling out this client satisfaction survey?
Leo: Will you be paying separately?
Will you be paying separately?
Will you be paying separately?
Leo: Fine. I’ll just print up your invoices.
Invoice.
Here is your invoice.
Invoices.
Here are your invoices.
Statement.
Here is your statement.
Receipt.
Here is your receipt.
Can I get you anything while you’re waiting?
While you’re waiting, would you like some refreshments?
Jack: We’re going hiking.
Mona: Yes. We’re going to the mountains.
蒙纳说 “we’re going to the mountains “ 我们要去爬山了。 而杰克则说“ we’re going hiking”。
时英语就是:“go to a swimming pool”。
Go to the swimming poolGo swimming.
Go to the shop.
Go shopping.
Leo: Here are your invoices. Do you need a minute to look over them?
Jack: Yes, thanks Leo.
Mona: Oh, this isn’t right. Leo, this laundry bill seems too much.
Leo: Let me see. Hmm. That’s for emergency dry cleaning.
Mona: I can’t remember any dry cleaning.
Leo: Repairs to your hat, Ms White.
Mona: Sixty dollars?
Leo: It was cleaned at very short notice and on a holiday.
However, I can query it if you like.
Mona: No, that’s OK.
Leo: Here are your invoices.
Leo: Do you need a minute to look over them?
我们说核对帐单时,英语就是“ look over an invoice”。
Would you like to look over your statement?
Would you like to look at a menu?
Would you like to look through these brochures?
Leo: However, I can query it if you like.
I can query it if you like.
I can query it if you like.
However, I can query it if you like.
However, I can query it if you like.
Leo: Here are your invoices.
Leo: Do you need a minute to look over them?
Mona: Oh, this isn’t right.
Mona: Leo, this laundry bill seems too much.
Leo: Let me see. Hmm.
Leo: That’s for emergency dry cleaning.
Mona: I can’t remember any dry cleaning.
Leo: Repairs to your hat, Ms White.
Mona: Sixty dollars?
Leo: It was cleaned at very short notice…Leo: … and on a holiday.
Leo: However, I can query it if you like.
Mona: No, that’s OK.
Will you be payingWill you be payingWill you be payingSeparately?
While you are waitingWhile you are waitingWhile you are waitingWould you like tea?
Will you be payingWill you be payingWill you be payingSeparately?
While you are waitingWhile you are waitingWhile you are waitingWould you like tea?
Jack: Leo, I have a query. This amount, under newspapers.
Leo: Ah yes. I see the problem.
Leo: You’ve been charged for the local newspaper.
Jack: But Leo, I never ordered a local paper. I can’t read Chinese yousee.
Leo: You’re quite right.
Leo: I’m terribly sorry about that.
Leo: I’ll fix it right away.
Leo: There, problem fixed.
Jack: Thanks.
Jack: Leo, I have a query. This amount, under newspapers.
Leo: Ah yes. I see the problem. You’ve been charged for the localnewspaper.
Jack: But Leo, I never ordered a local paper. I can’t read Chinese yousee.
Leo: You’re quite right. I’m terribly sorry about that. I’ll fix it rightaway.
Leo: There, problem fixed.
Jack: Thanks.
Leo: Ah yes. I see the problem. You’ve been charged for the localnewspaper.
。。另外,利奥还说 you’ve beencharged for … That’s for the dry cleaning.
I see the problem.
I see the problem.
You’ve been charged for the newspaper.
That’s for the newspaper.
You’ve been charged for the dry cleaning.
That’s for the dry cleaning.
Leo: You’re quite right.
Leo: I’m terribly sorry about that.
Leo: I’ll fix it right away.
Leo: There, problem fixed.
You’re quite right.
I’m terribly sorry about that.
I’ll fix it right away.
There, problem fixed.

Mona: Leo, there is one other thing.
Leo: Yes?
Mona: Thanks for all your help.
Leo: It was my pleasure. Goodbye, Ms White. Have a pleasant trip.
I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay.
Enjoy your trip.
Have a pleasant trip.
你可以这样说: Have a safe journeyhome.
I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay.
Enjoy your trip.
Have a pleasant trip.
Have a safe journey home.
Leo: Now, Ms White, if you’ll just sign here. Will you be requiring ataxi?
Jack: It’s fine, Leo. We’ll get one outside.
Leo: Well, I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay.
Jack: Thanks, Leo. Here’s my card. When you come to study inMelbourne, you’re welcome to call. We’ll show you some of thetourist sights.

Leo: Goodbye Jack. Enjoy your trip.
Mona: Leo, there is one other thing.
Leo: Yes?
Mona: Thanks for all your help.
Leo: It was my pleasure. Goodbye, Ms White. Have a pleasant trip.
