-Assistant Luo,have you come up with any ideas about our latest product?

-Yes,as a matter of fact.I have a few ideas to run by you.I think we should have a news conference for our latest development.As I know,there are still many people who are strangers to our latest product.

-You are right ,Assistant Luo.You took the words out of my muth.Well,I need you to arrange a news conference for Friday at 3:00 p.m to introduce our latest product.

-OK,Manager.I'll inform the journalists of the conference.

-Very well,but you should keep some detaild of the product and leave the room for Speculation 4.Do you understand?

-Yes ,I do

-Who shall I say the invitation is from?

-Mr. Tian Daxiu,the president of our corporation.

-And how many invitaion cards do we need?

-Let me see~well,I think two hundred invitation cards will be enough.
