形容词的比较级形式被用来比较人和物体。观看视频来学习一些例子吧。下面是一些关于形容词比较级形式你应该知道的规则。
1.单音节的形容词变为比较级时直接使用词尾+er的方式。
‘Big’ becomes ‘bigger’例如，Big 的比较级为‘Bigger’
‘Whales are bigger than dolphins.’
鲸鱼比海豚要大。
其他例子还有：
‘Tall’ 的比较级是 ‘taller’
‘Short’ 的比较级是 ‘shorter’
2.以字母‘y’结尾的单词变为比较级形式时，采用把‘y’去掉再在词尾+ier的形式。
例如‘Easy’ 的比较级为 ‘easier’
‘It is easier to buy a cake than to make it.’
去买一个蛋糕比做个蛋糕要容易。

3.对于较长的形容词变比较级的时候，要使用‘More’

4.有些词汇的比较级形式是不规则的
‘Good’ 的比较级形式为 ‘better’
‘Diving in a tank is good but diving on the Great Barrier 1 Reef 2 is better.’
在水箱中潜水是不错但是在大堡礁潜水更好。
‘Bad’ 的比较级为 ‘worse’
‘Crashing a model car is bad but crashing a go-kart is worse.’
弄坏一辆模型车是一件坏事，但是撞坏一辆卡丁车是更糟糕的事。
‘Far’ 的比较级是 ‘further’
‘The ground is far away from up there but it’s further away in a plane.’
那里离地面很远，但是飞机上离地面更远。
