The Chinese Association on Tobacco Control announced the "Dirty Ashtray 1 Award" on May 13 as it disclosed the results for an annual smoking scene review of films and television series.
中国控制吸烟协会5月13日公布了年度影视剧烟草镜头监测结果，宣布了“脏烟灰缸奖”。
脏烟灰缸奖
“脏烟灰缸奖”的英文表达是Dirty Ashtray Award，最初是“国际控烟大会”期间颁发给控烟（tobacco control）工作不理想的国家代表团。现在中国国内所指的“脏烟灰缸奖”是中国控制吸烟协会（Chinese Association on Tobacco Control）在2011年设置的一个奖项，奖项的颁发对象是出现吸烟镜头较多（excessive smoking scenes）的国产影视剧。
电影《一步之遥》因吸烟镜头最多而获“脏烟灰缸奖”，《爸爸去哪儿1》等9部电影、《杉杉来了》等9部电视剧因没有吸烟镜头（no smoking footage）获“无烟影视奖”（No Smoking Scene Awards）。
中国吸烟协会自2007年就开始监测影视剧里的吸烟镜头，鼓励名人承担更多的社会责任（take more social responsibilities），防止未成年人模仿（prevent the minors 2 from mimicking）。4月份，中国《广告法》（Advertisement Law）修订禁止烟草广告（tobacco advertising），5月10日上调了烟草消费税（the consumption tax on cigarettes），为禁烟运动（anti-tobacco campaign）做出不懈努力。
