Bill Cosby's chief accuser is denying any prior romance between them before he allegedly drugged and assaulted her. Andrea Constand was back on the stand for a second day where she was questioned by one of Cosby's lawyers who was trying to pick apart her story.
And a bank robber in Maryland stole a backhoe and drove it around five miles in an attempt to rob an ATM. But despite his extreme efforts, police say the suspect didn't get any money but caused about 10,000 dollars worth of damage to the ATM.
