1. Donald Trump 1 made an appearance in the annual Rolling Thunder motorcycle rally in Washington, where he was received warmly by the crowd. Trump catered 2 his message towards veterans, saying "They are treated worse in the country than those in the U.S illegally".
2. The libertarian party has once again nominated former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson as its presidential candidate. The party held its convention in Orlando, Florida, seeking alternative candidate to presumptive GOP nominee 3 Donald Trump and democratic front runner Hillary Clinton.
3. Survivor 4 accounts have pushed to more than 700, the number of migrants feared dead in the worst migrant boat disaster since April of last year. The shipwreck 5 took place over 3 days in the past week in the Mediterranean 6 sea. Europe ships did save thousands others.
4. A world famous base jumper and wingsuit pilot successfully performed the "human arrow" stunt 7 at the Great Wall of China. Jeb Corliss dropped from a helicopter at 60,000 feet , flew through the air 120-miles per hour and hit his target over the Great Wall.
