1. Police responded to a shooting at the UCLA campus and officials have reported that there are two victims who were shot and killed. The campus is on lock-down.
2. Egyptian officials say a French ship has picked up signals from the depths of the Mediterranean 1 sea from one of the black boxes from the Egypt-air Flight that crashed last month. A French navy official tells the AP the searches for the signal are still at an early stage.
3. A massive fire erupted at a Texas home Wednesday morning after a reported gas explosion. KTRK-TV reports that 4 adults were badly burned during the blast in North Houston and were taken to nearby hospitals.
4. And Switzerland inaugurate the Gotthard railway tunnel, a 35.4-mile long tunnel under the Swiss Alps. Leaders of France, Germany and Italy were on hand to mark the mammoth 2 of 17-year long project to create the world's longest railway tunnel.
