I want to show you that there are deep spaces under you gums.

These spaces are called periodontal pockets.

Some of your teeth are getting loose.

The periodontal pockets that I showed you are areas that are impossible to clean effectively.

No matter how hard you try to clean your teeth, there will always be small amounts of food andbacteria under the gums.

There's also calculus under the gums on the roots of the teeth.

The food, bacteria, and calculus in the pockets cause the gums to bleed.
