接招：在我们刚才听到的2个例句中，我们都可以听到同一个词语：unburden one's mind。短语中unburden是”发泄，倾诉”的意思。Mind是意见，想法，心思的意思。Unburden one's mind意思就是发泄、倾诉自己心底里的意见，想法或心思等，亦即：把心里话说出来，掏空心底，倾述衷情已达到卸除精神压力的目的。
我们再来看2个例子来熟悉这个短语的意思和运用这个短语。
首先是个小对话：
