这是一个介词短语，相当于come back to，意思是追溯到，回顾到。我们来看下面的2个例句：This temple has a long history, dating back to the early period of the Tang Dynasty. 这座寺庙历史悠久，可追溯到初唐时代。An American tradition dating back to early times is Thanksgiving. 感恩节是可以追溯到早期的一个美国传统。

2. Be associated with

这是一个形容词性短语，相当于be connected with，意思是与......相关，与......有关系。我们来看下面的2个例子：We are proud to be associated with such a distinguished 2 organization. 我们为能与如此卓越的组织合作而深感骄傲！Health is really associated with happiness. 健康的确与快乐有关系。

3. With joy

这是一个介词短语，相当于happily，意思是高兴地，快乐地。我们来看下面的例句：Her eyes lit up with joy. 她因喜悦而目光炯炯。（备注：Lit up既有点灯的意思，还有“使快活”的意思。例如：A rare smile lit up his stern features. 他那难得一见的微笑在他死板的脸上平添一些生气。A few faint gleams of sunshine lit up the gloomy afternoon. 有几束隐约的阳光使阴暗的下午有些明亮。）Her eyes sparkled with joy. 她高兴得两眼闪光。His heart bounded with joy. 他高兴得心头砰砰直跳。

4. In the hope of

这是一个介词短语，相当于hope, expect，意思是期待着，希望。我们来看下面的2个例子： I went to London in the hope of meeting some friends. 我去伦敦希望能见到几个朋友。He went to America in the hope of being a famous painter. 他去了美国，希望能成为一个著名的画家。
