A: Welcome to Lincoln Bank. Are you a new customer?

B: Yes,I am. I opened an account with you about a month ago,but today I'm here to see about a loan of some kind.

A: I see. As you don't have a long history with us,we will have to check your credit rating with your previous bank before we can promise any loan to you.
