Chew on one seed at a time，softening the shell in your mouth for a while.then carefully break it into neat halves. Remrove the shell from your mouth and chew the seed or，if you prefer,swallow the shell along with the seed. The shell won'thurt you---it’s good roughage that will improve your digestion 1.
