Y:Yes .This is Mr.Wang in Room 1305.Please send up a boy to help me with my luggage.
Y:是的，我是王先生，住在1305室。请派一位服务生上来帮我拿行李。
X:Certainly,sir.How much luggage do you have?
X:没问题，先生，请问您有几件行李?
Y:Well，two big suitcases and two small bags.
Y:两件大行李及两个小袋子。
X:I'll send someone up right away.
X:我立刻派一位上去。

我是王先生，住在1305室。
* 本句型是电活用语，在电话中表示“我是……”时，绝不可说“I am...”，那是当人与人面对面时，表示我是某某时才用的句子。在电话中或有人敲门时，我们问对方是谁，正确说法是这样的:
Who is it,please? 请问您是谁呢?
为什么主语不用you而要用it呢?因为，事实上，我们并没有看见对方是否为一个人或一个动物，是不是?也说不定拍门声是一只跑出围笼的顽皮猩猩在作怪呢!因此，在听到电话响或敲门声时，就以“Who is it?”来问对方，而以“It's...”或“This is...”的句型来回答，举例说明如下:
例：A:Who is it，please?
B:It's Johnson Lee.
= This is Johnson Lee.
甲:请问你是哪位呢?
乙:我是李强生。

= I help my father water the flowers.
