In the context of personal and professional development, you need to know one of the worst things you can do is something that annoys or bugs 1 another person. 在人际关系和职业发展环境中，你要知道，你做的最不好的事就是去烦扰别人。

First,when you have a habit that bothers other people and do nothing about it, you brand yourself as someone who is inconsiderate. 首先，如果你有烦扰别人的习惯，并且还不愿改，那你在别人眼中就是一个自私自利的人。

The first step toward ridding yourself of habits that others may find distasteful or offensive and preserving your reputation is to learn what you may be doing that bugs other people. 想要摆脱那些让人不快的冒犯性习惯并赢得好评，第一步就是要知道你的所作所为会不会影响别人。
The easiest way to do this is to simply ask. It maybe awkward or even slightly embarrassing, but it won’t kill you. 最简单的方法就是去问别人，这可能有点奇怪甚至会有些尴尬，但还不足以要你的命。
