The goals that have been achieved become fuel when you're down, and they challenge you to push yourself even harder. 实现这些目标会让你在失意的时候继续前行，并且会在你更困难的时候推动你前行。

When you spend time reviewing both the trials and accomplishments 1 you'll begin to look at future obstacles differently. 在以后面对挫折的时回顾这些尝试和成就的时候，感受都是不同的。
You'll say things like "I was successful at creating my own business, I know that I can take on this new challenge!" 你可能会说："我成功的实现了自己的事业，我知道我可以承担新的挑战。"
There are several benefits of keeping a journal.But here are just a few: 保留日记的几个益处。如下：
It gives you an outlet 2 to be 100% honest with yourself. 它让你对自己百分百诚实。
It's easier to remember where your journal is than to remember all the details of life. 日记可以更容易让你记得旅途中所有细节，
You can revisit past experiences, including the emotions and thoughts you had at the time. 也可以回顾过去，包括当时的情感和体会，
It can become a source of inspiration when you're down. 还会在失落时激励你。
You can read, in your own words, the growth you are going through with each challenge. 你可以看到自己用自己的语言，自己在每一个挑战过后的成长，
You will improve your writing skills. 还可以提高写作能力。
It's one of the greatest gifts you can give your children and grandchildren. 其中最棒的是你可以把它给自己的子子孙孙。
I challenge you to make journaling a part of your daily habits. 我认为，可以把记日记当成一种日常的习惯。
I'm not saying you have to write a book each morning; I don't think any of us have the time for that. 我并不是说要每天早上写一本书，而且也不是每一个人都有那么多的时间。
But if you will take 10-15 minutes each day to write down the significant events and emotions in your life, 但是至少每天花10-15分钟记下自己的难忘的事和情感，
you will look back in six months and be amazed at all the little things you had forgotten. 六个月后回过头看就会对忘记的所有小事感到惊讶不已。
