The first way applies when you greet people in person for the first time 当你首次亲自问候人家时
To make a positive first impression when you meet new people, include the following as part of your greeting: 当遇到新人时想要留下美好的第一印象，那你的问候部分要有下面几点：
a warm smile, an introduction that includes your first and last name, a welcoming comment, direct eye contact and a firm handshake, if appropriate. 暖心的微笑，含有你姓和名的一个介绍，受人欢迎的一个评论，眼神的直接接触，如若合适一个正式的握手。
I also recommend repeating the person's name. 我还推荐重复这个人的名字。
For example, "It's very nice to meet you Bob." 例如，很高兴见到你鲍勃。
