26.Use a stopwatch. 使用一个秒表。
Use a stopwatch to measure the amount of time you are spending each day on the tasks that help you achieve your goals. 使用秒表测量你每天都花在任务上的时间,帮助你实现你的目标。
It's easy to confuse activity with accomplishment 1. 这很容易混淆活动与成就。
By measuring how much time you are investing 2 on productive 3 activities, you will see how much time you are wasting on unproductive activities. 通过测量你投资多少时间在生产活动上,你将会看到多少时间浪费在非生产性活动上。
