16. Do what requires the most discipline first. 先做最需要纪律的事。
As you plan your day, make sure you block out time to do the things first that require the most discipline. 当你计划你的一天，确保你腾出时间先做最需要纪律的那件事。
Whether it's prospecting 1, exercising, or writing a proposal, do it first. 无论是勘探,锻炼,或写一个提议,先做它。
If you commit to doing the hardest things first, you not only do them with greater consistency 2, but you also feel great the rest of the day. 如果你承诺先做最难的事情,你不仅要用更大的一致性,但你在剩下的时间里感觉也很棒。
17.Schedule your time effectively. 有效地安排。

The best use of your time is in doing things that only you can do. 最充分的利用好时间就是做你能做的。

Can you delegate some of the items to co-workers? Can you outsource projects? 你能委托一些项目给你同事吗?你能外包项目吗?
Can you have your spouse 3 mail a package for you? Can you have your children make copies, stuff envelopes and apply stamps? 你可以让你的配偶为你邮寄一个包裹吗?你可以让孩子复制,粘贴信封和运用邮票吗?
