过去完成进行时(The Past Perfect Continuous 1 Tense)：表示过去某时前一直在进行的动作，由“had been+现在分词”构成：
I asked him what he had been doing．
我问他一盲在干什么。
He had been working all day and was very tired．
他干了一天的活很累。
She showed me the book she had been reading．
她把她看的书拿给我看。
He told her that he had been thinking of her all the time．
他告诉她他一直在想她。
Jane had been doing the work for a year before I took over the job．
在我接手这工作前Jane干这工作干了一年。
I had been waiting for you for one hour when she came in.
