　　What would you like for me to talk about? There's three big answers. 那你们想让我讲什么？有三个主要的答案。

　　This is mostly, to be honest with you, from the business sector 1: innovation, creativity and change. 这些老实讲，主要是来自商业领域的革新、创造以及改变。
　　So let me go on the record and say, vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change. 那么就让我在这里当众声明：脆弱是革新、创造以及改变的发源地。
　　To create is to make something that has never existed before. 创造就是要制造出前所未有的东西。
　　There's nothing more vulnerable than that. 没有什么比这个更脆弱的了。
　　Adaptability 3 to change is all about vulnerability. 适应改变的能力全都和脆弱有关。
　　The second thing, in addition to really finally understanding the relationship between vulnerability and courage, 第二件事，在彻底的理解脆弱和勇气之间的关系之外，
