No, it is. You know why this place is amazing? 不，它就是。为什么这地方很神奇？
Because very few people here are afraid to fail. 因为这里几乎没有人 是害怕失败的。

And it goes like this: "It is not the critic who counts. 它是这样的：“荣誉不属于那些批评家。
It is not the man who sits and points out how the doer of deeds could have done things better and how he falls and stumbles 3. 也不是那些坐在一旁，对真正的做事者指指点点，品头论足的人。
The credit goes to the man in the arena whose face is marred 4 with dust and blood and sweat. 荣誉归于竞技场里的男人，他的面容，被尘土、鲜血和汗水所模糊。
