Police say more than 4300 were detained while passing through the fence Saturday alone. They're locked in camps, waiting fingerprinting 8. Migrants and refugees are rushing to cross Hungry before emergency rules take effective Tuesday that criminalize such boarder-crossings. 'Migrants will be arrested', official say. Officials in the west African country of Cameroon are blaming Islamist Boko Horam militants 9 for attacks near the border with Nigeria. NPR's AQ reports officials say at least 9 people were killed today in two bomb attacks. Twin explosions are reported in the northern Cameroonian town of Q which has been repeatedly been the target of Boko Horam attacks. A local officials says the first blast was was near a will in Q while the second bomb went off near a church. Cameroon is a major troop contributor to a multinational 10 military force that the region says is poised 11 to launch a campaign against the extremist e group based in neighboring Nigeria.
