[09:06.09]Many people these days eat too much junk 5 food,such as candy and hamburgers.

[09:13.25]When they eat junk food,they become overweight.

[09:18.29]Because they are overweight,they don't want to exercise.

[09:23.93]Sometimes they don't want to exercise because they do not have the energy.

[09:30.17]But being tired isn't the only reason.

[10:46.48]Another reason is that young children are given too much junk food by their parents and grandparents.

[11:01.79]She says,"It's unhealthy to spoil 11 children with food like chocolate and French fries and sugar drinks like coke.

[11:11.84]Instead,a good family should give children lots of fresh fruits,

[11:18.50]vegetables,fish,and drinks like juice and milk".

[11:24.46]But there is another reason why people are overweight.

[11:29.21]They are too busy.There are not enough hours in the day.

[11:35.28]To make time,people sleep less.

[11:39.72]But this is wrong,especially for children.

[11:44.86]Most children need eight hours'sleep each night.

[11:49.90]If you don't have enough sleep,it can make you unhappy in different ways.

[11:56.25]If you are tired during the day,you might not be able to study or work very well.

[12:03.33]This can make other people unhappy with you.

[12:11.43]you might have to catch up later,working late at night.

[12:16.60]Then the next day you are even more tired.
