Egypt's judiciary refuses to transfer Mubarak to military hospital

CAIRO, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Egypt's Cairo Administrative 1 Court refused Tuesday an appeal demanding the transfer of former President Hosni Mubarak from the hospital of Tora prison to a military hospital, official news agency MENA reported.
Mubarak's lawyers filed a suit to transfer him to a military hospital because of his deteriorated 2 health, noting that the Tora prison hospital is lack of suitable medical equipment for his condition. They also said that forensic 3 reports towards Mubarak's health are discordant 4.
Mubarak and his former Interior Minister Habib al-Adli are serving life sentence in prison over charge of ordering to kill protesters during the unrest last year.
Meanwhile, Mubarak's sons Alaa and Gamal are also prisoned pending 5 investigations 6 on corruption 7 and profiteering charges.
