And you get into Twitter today, right?

Of course, we’re twittering.

And that’s the same question.

Lots of stuff.

All right, you've been waiting for this since yesterday, I know it. In part two of my interview with Simon Cowell, I played myself in the role.

Great.

Uh, what is the America’s favorite judge going to do next? Will he be leaving Idol 1 after next season? Watch.

They say 69% of people when asked to watch Idol, say they’re less likely to watch if Simon’s not on it.

That sounds low.

It sounds low? 69%? Even Barak Obama doesn’t have 69%.

You’re sure that you didn’t get the nine and the six the other way round!

What’re you gonna do after next year?

Ah... I haven’t got a clue what’s going to happen. Uh, if it was the end, I would say we’ve all had a great run.

American Idol makes six points something billion dollars for News Corp. Why do you think they would let you go?

I feel like kinda a decision, really. It's simply I don’t believe, genuinely you can do this job, all the same job, year after year after year. Cuz then you get bored. I think the audience could get bored. And luckily, there’s always something else you can do.

Is it suddenly, in America, bad to be rich and successful? Are you getting that sense?

I hope not. I think that if you’ve inherited money as a kid, and you behave like a complete idiot, and you’re obnoxious 2, and you’re rude to people. And people know you haven’t earned it. British, American and Russian, they are gonna hate you. If you've earned hard for your money, you’ve worked hard, and you made some money, I don’t think anybody will resent that. I don’t think you’re a jealous country, and I don't think Britain is a jealous country.

Have we changed?

Not, really no. Um, I think, people, this is still the American Dream, you know, work hard, do well and make money, there’s nothing wrong with that.

Simon, you don't understand what it’s like dealing 3 with all my success.

Listen, I don’t know how you got, you cope with it.

You always knew my ego 4 is out of control.

To be fair, you work with the biggest egos 5 in the world on your channel. So if you have some kind of, like, strategy now. I would be in a huge surprise.

Gotcha.

That’s why I like Fox News. That’s where the egos are.

I hope someday to get you next to me on the couch every day in bed, and up at 2:30 in the morning, on the couch at six (Never.)talking to them.

Honestly? I couldn't do that. Now I could do the evening thing. You know, I could have a show called Cowell, or Cow. Just talk and run, and I love that.

You know what, you say that twice, you’ll have a show named Cowell.

That’s what I said.

Are you gonna put the role of Simon Cowell?

Yeah, I'll think about it.

Then, I know it’s gonna run.

Simon, thanks so much.

Always a pleasure.

It’s good seeing you.

Thank you.

He also has The X Factor, he also has Britain's Got Talent, The America's Got Talent, and The X Factor now beats Pop Idol in Britain. He's got, Britain's Got Talent, he’s gonna leave right from there. He’s gonna talk about that in the After the Show show. Cuz you guys have been kind enough to acquiesce 6 you are ad-libbing, at the end of the show, and just allow us to see part three.

Whoa, he’ll do this part.

Something else he doesn’t have. A girlfriend or a wife? What’s up with that?

He never asked. He seems happy.

Um, I don’t know, you know what, I don’t really wanna pressure him. I don’t feel like Billy Bush where I really need that answer.

Yes, sure.

Well, we found out it wasn’t Paula at least.

Oh yeah, by the way, we’re gonna show one more clip of what he says about Susan Boyle, that phenomenon on Britain's Got Talent, listen.

As far as I'm concerned. She can turn up in a bikini. You know, as long as she was comfortable, I just wanna hear her sing.

And you’re gonna see…

I say I am not happy for that set-up in a bikini. Why am I saying that? No, not a bikini.

I love it.

I love her.

Although she has, had a little bit of a makeover, and you’re gonna talk to Simon about her tomorrow right here on FOX & Friends.

Right, she’s separate.

No, in the After the Show show today.

And next week you’re gonna be back in LA for the American Idol finale.

Yes, it’ll find out who the next American Idol is, maybe hear from some other past idols 7.
