CCTV9英语新闻：Saudi-led airstrikes continue despite Geneva talks

Saudi-led coalition airstrikes have hit military targets throughout Yemen, despite peace talks in Geneva aimed at ending almost three months of fighting. The coalition forces hit army bases in the capital, Sanaa, as well as Houthi militia targets in Yemen's central desert.
The western mountainous province of Mahweet was also struck for the first time since the Saudi-led bombing campaign began on March 26th. Talks are continuing in Geneva to try to forge a ceasefire between Yemen's warring factions, but the two sides still refuse to sit at the same table.
The Houthis have accused Saudi Arabia of sabotaging chances of a political solution, while the Saudis have blamed the rebels for the lack of progress. The Houthis seized Sanaa in September before advancing into the country's centre and south, forcing President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi and his government into exile in Saudi Arabia.
