Q1. The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and China's Belt and Road initiative... both offer chances for the two sides to build a stronger economic bond. Is it possible that the EU is moving closer to China and away from its traditional partner...the US? What would attract the EU to China over the US?
Q2. The Bilateral Investment Treaty between China and the EU has gone through several rounds of talks since 2013. It's been a relatively long process compared with other treaties that China has signed with other countries. What has caused the delay and how could the process be sped up?
