毕业生找工作，总是“几家欢乐几家愁”。毕业后仍未能就业的情况屡见不鲜，他们往往戏称自己为“毕剩客”。

A small hostel 1 in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, has taken in more than 30,000 guests in seven years, most of them unemployed 2 graduates.
浙江杭州的一家小旅馆7年间接待住客超过3万人，他们中的大多数是“毕剩客”。
毕剩客
“毕剩客”是网络新名词，指的是一毕业就失业的应届毕业生或毕业后长时间未能就业的毕业生，我们可以用英文unemployed graduates表示，unemployed指失业的，待业的，如失业保险（unemployed insurance）。
近年来，高校扩大招生（the expansion of college enrollment），造成大学毕业生的供需失衡。由于就业市场竞争激烈（fierce competition in the job market），毕业生找到一份满意的工作难度加大。同时，高等教育大众化（the popularization of higher education）和学生技能不足（inadequate skills）使得毕业生失去优势。“毕剩客”现象越来越严重。
如何改变这一现象，需社会、学校和个人的多方面努力，作为毕业生需改变就业态度（change the attitudes on employment），正确认识现状，提升自己。
