“获全胜”可以用sweeping victory表示。Sweeping表示势不可挡的，范围或规模大的，如意义深远的变革（sweeping changes）。禁毒可以用anti-drug / to combat drugs表示。
不获全胜决不收兵
国家主席习近平强调，毒品是人类社会的公害（a menace for society），是涉及公共安全的重要问题（a significant issue concerning public security），不仅严重侵害人的身体健康（severely harm health）、销蚀人的意志（corrupt will）、破坏家庭幸福（destroy families），而且严重消耗社会财富（consume wealth）、毒化社会风气、污染社会环境（pollute the social environment），同时极易诱发一系列犯罪活动（lead to other crimes）。禁毒工作（antidrug work）事关（concerns）国家安危、民族兴衰、人民福祉（people's well-being），厉行禁毒（a firm opposition 4 to drugs）是党和政府的一贯立场（routine standpoint）和主张。
习近平指出，当前，全球毒品问题持续泛滥，我国禁毒形势也十分严峻。公安部表示，截至2014年底，全国累计发现登记吸毒人员（registered drug addicts）295.5万名，实际人数（real number）超过1400万。
6月26日是国际禁毒日（International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit 5 Trafficking），联合国将今年国际禁毒日的主题确定为“让我们的生活、我们的社区和我们自身在没有毒品的环境下得以发展”（Let's develop our lives, our communities and our identities without drugs.）
