获得感（sense of gain）其实就是努力使各项改革都能适应党和国家事业发展要求，都能满足人民群众愿望和期待（all the reforms are in accordance with the requirements of the development of the Party and the nation, and they meet people's demands and expectations）；让人民群众感受到实实在在的改革成效（the public should have greater awareness 2 of the fruits of reform）。
