These/those are the plural 1 forms of this/that, and behave in the same way.
These/those是this/that的复数形式，且使用方法相似。
As a determiner this is used to identify a specific person or thing close at hand or being experienced.
作为限定词，this用来指定在手边的或正在经历的具体人或物，意为“这个”
These表示this的复数形式，意为“这些”：
You know these last few months when we've been expecting it to warm up a little bit?
你知道最近这几个月我们一直盼望着天能暖和一点吧?
As a determiner that refers to the more distant of two things near to the speaker, or to a specific thing previously 2 mentioned.
作为限定词，that用来指两个物体中相对于说话者更远的那一个，或某个之前提及的具体事物。意为“那个”
Those表示that的复数形式，意为“那些”：
He did buy me those books a week ago.
他确实在一个星期前给我买了那些书。
