　　今天分享几个发生在陌生人和陌生人之间温馨的小故事。除了故事很暖人心之外，它们也同时发生在我们日常生活中常见的场所里，讲述故事时所使用的语言非常实用哦！

　　New Words:

　　befriend vt. 帮助；待人如友；

　　penguin 3 n. 企鹅；
　　This couple was struggling with crying twin babies in the middle of a restaurant, so an anonymous customer picked up their tab and sent them this note.
　　“这对夫妇在餐厅吃饭的时候，双胞胎宝宝一直哭个不停，手忙脚乱时，一个好心人竟然替他们付了帐，还留了个字条：
　　没事的，深呼吸，你们已经做得很棒啦:)
　　Just breathe, you’re doing great!
　　2. A couple weeks ago I was at Starbucks and a homeless guy came in, one of the employees apparently 4 befriended him, she greeted him like a friend and already knew he wanted water(it’s free). Today I was at the same Starbucks, and the homeless guy was working at the cash register.
　　几周前我去星巴克的时候看见有个流浪汉走进来，有个店员待他如友，像朋友一样和他打招呼，而且明显知道他想喝点水（水是免费的）今天我再次来到了这家星巴克，发现当时的流浪汉已经变成了收银员。
　　Around 7 p.m. today, I heard some knocking on my door. I opened it and it was my next door pregnant 5 neighbor (she was, I think, in her 7th or 8th month). She was holding a small plate in her hand. In a very shy voice, she asked me if I could give her some of whatever I was cooking because she liked the smell. I think pregnant women sometimes have strong cravings and they cannot resist it. Anyway, she was shy and apologized a lot for her request since we don't know each other. I laughed and told her it was ok. I gave her some of my dinner then she left.
　　I watched her walking home like a cute little penguin who's happy with her successful little hunting. I felt really happy too for some reason. I ate my dinner with a big smile on my face :).
　　晚上7点左右，我听到有人敲门。我打开门，原来是我隔壁怀孕的邻居（她大概已经孕期七八个月的样子）。她手里拿着一个小盘子。她很害羞地问我能否给她一些我正在煮的东西，因为她喜欢这种味道。我觉得孕妇有时对这种强烈的渴望是无法抗拒的。不管怎么说，她非常害羞，并且为自己的要求道歉，因为我们彼此不认识。我笑了，告诉她没关系。我给了她一些晚餐，然后她离开了。
　　我看着她像一只可爱的小企鹅一样走回家，她对成功的猎食表示很满意。由于某种原因，我也感到非常高兴。我脸上带着灿烂的微笑吃晚餐。
