日本遗孤
日本遗孤（遗华日侨），是指1945年日本战败投降后，日本侵略者撤退和遣返期间，遗弃在中国并被中国人抚养长大的日本孤儿，常用Japanese orphan 2/ Japanese "left-behind orphan"/Japanese war orphan表示。
李源潮说，中日近代以来经历了日本军国主义（Japanese militarism）侵华的历史悲剧，战后中国人民把数以千计的日本遗孤抚养成人，展现了博大胸怀，日本遗孤也积极促进两国友好（work actively 5 to promote friendship between the two countries）。今年是中国人民抗日战争（Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression）暨胜利70周年，中方愿在中日四个政治文件基础上，本着以史为鉴、面向未来精神（in the spirit of taking history as a mirror and facing up to the future），推动中日关系改善发展。
日本遗孤表示，日本是祖国，中国是故乡（Japan is the motherland, but China is the hometown.）。衷心希望日中世代友好，愿终身为此努力。
