do/to do/doing的用法区别

想当年，在我五年级的时候，英语课堂上一会儿doing，一会儿(to)do的，真是让我天昏地暗那。不过呢，我从小便聪明刻苦，深知“功夫”要勤练才会有长进的，所以我就直接“闭关”修炼了一个学期，将其秘诀刻入心中:
一、常见的用动名词作宾语的及物动词或词组：
【单词类】：avoid (避免) , appreciate(欣赏), admit(承认), advise(建议), cease (停止) , consider (考虑) , deny (抵赖) , delay (拖延) , enjoy (喜欢) , endure (忍受) , escape (逃离) , excuse (原谅) , finish (完成) , imagine (想象) , include(包括) , keep(on) (继续) , leave off (结束、省去) , mind (介意、反对) , miss (错过) , need (需要) , postpone 1 (推迟) , permit(允许), practise (练习) , put off (推迟) , require (需要) , risk (冒险) , resist(抵抗) stop (停止) , suggest (建议) 等。【词组类】：be worth doing(值得做某事)，be tired of, succeed in, look forward to, pay attention to, get down to, insist on, devote oneself to, put off, can’t help, give up, keep/protect/prevent/stop sb from, have difficulty in, spend time (in), it’s no use/good, be afraid of, be busy 等。
二、常见的to do作宾语的动词或词组：
Want, wish, hope, manage, pretend, decide, learn ,agree, expect, demand, long(渴望), ask, care, choose, dare, fail, plan, offer, prepare, promise, refuse, desire, happen, appear, intend, arrange, afford等。
三、某及物动词后既可用doing，也可to do, 意思差别不大的有：attempt (打算) , begin (开始) , can't afford (花不起) , can't bear (无法容忍) , continue (继续) , deserve (值得) forget (忘记) , hate (不喜欢) , intend (打算) , like（喜欢） , love (爱) , neglect (忽略) , need (需要) , prefer (宁愿) , propose (提议) , want (需要)等。其中，周童瑜大哥哥要特别提醒的是，在begin , start , cease, hate, love, like, prefer这些动词后，接动名词表示“经常性或抽象的动作”；接不定式则表示“一时性或具体的动作”。stop后接动名词表示“停止正在进行的动作”，接不定式则表示“停止一件事去做另一件事” ；try后接动名词表示“试着干某事”，接不定式则表示“尽力做某事”。Mean后接动名词表示“意味着、意思是”，接不定式则表示“打算计划做某事”。Forget, remember, regret后接动名词表示所忘记/记得/后悔的事情已经发生，接不定式则表示所忘记/记得/后悔的事情未发生，有必要去做。有必要再特别具体强调一下的是，Cease后接动名词表示“短时停止做某事，以后还会接着做”，接不定式则表示“长时间，甚至永远停做某事”。
