Most big companies have them. 很多大公司都有这个部门。
These are the people who sort out your computer problems and get everything working again. 他们可以解决你的电脑问题，让一切正常运作。
But be careful, they might ask some tricky 1 questions. 但要小心，他们可能会问一些棘手的问题。
OK, thanks. But what should I say to them? 好的，谢谢。但是我要对他们说什么？
Tell them: "I am having problems with my computer", then say "the screen keeps freezing" and "I seem to have lost some documents". 告诉他们：“我的电脑出了问题。”然后说“屏幕卡住了，我的文件似乎都丢了。”
Tell them "I have turned the computer off and on but that hasn't fixed 2 it". 告诉他们“我重启电脑了，但是没用。”
Finally, ask if they can help – please! 最后问他们是否能帮忙，拜托！
