relax的形容词及用法

laxed和relaxing在某些意义上的区别和其它的-ed 形容词和 –ing 形容词是一样的。
1. relaxed 指人时，意为“放松的，冷静的，镇定的”。例如：
He appeared relaxed and confidence 1 before the match. 比赛前，他显得镇定而自信。
She had a very relaxed manner. 她的举止特别自然。
2. relaxing 意为“有助于休息的；放松的；轻松的”，例如：
a relaxing drink / walk / evening 令人放松的一杯饮料 / 一次散步 / 一个夜晚
但是吗，要注意，relaxed还可以修饰场所，意为“安静的，自在的”，例如：
a family-run hotel with a relaxed atmosphere 家庭经营的旅店，气氛自由随便。
