SUSAN:I'm leaving on Sunday night.

The plane lands at five thirty in the afternoon and Mr Wong's meeting me at the airport.



Tuesday's busy day.



I'm attending the conference in the morning



and in the afternoon I'm meeting Mr Goh.



MAN:Who's he?



SUSAN:One of the new agents.



MAN:Oh.Are you seeing Mr Hu?



SUSAN:Yes,I'm seeing him on Wednesday.



We're inspecting the factory in the morning



and I'm having dinner with him in the evening.



MAN:You've got a full schedule!



SUSAN:Oh,that's not everything.



I'm free on Thursday but I'm going to the fair on Friday



and then on Saturday I'm catching 1 the 12 o'clock plane to Sydney.



MAN:What are you doing in Sydney?

ALBERTI:I'm afraid that I'm seeing our auditor 2 in the morning.



LATIF:I have a meeting in the morning,too.What about the afternoon?



ALBERTI:Yes,the afternoon is OK.



LATIF:Is 3 o'clock all right?



ALBERTI:Yes,that's fine.



LATIF:Good.I'll see you on Wednesday,the tenth of March at 3 p.m.Goodbye.

DOMBRADI:Great.When are you planning to come?



SHAW:Well,I'm visiting someone in Warsaw on the fourteenth and fifteenth.



I thought I'd fly to Budapest on the evening of the fifteenth.



Would the sixteenth be OK?



DOMBRADI:Let me check my diary.



Right.Here we are. Er... yes!I'm free on the sixteenth.



SHAW:Right.Wednesday the sixteenth.Would be morning suit you?



DOMBRADI:Yes,that,would be fine.



SHAW:OK.Shall we say nine o'clock?



DOMBRADI:Can we make it half past nine?



SHAW:Oh,yes.That's fine by me-I'll be a little tired by the end of this trip!



I'll just make a note of that.I'm seeing someone in the afternoon,



and I can book my flight to Prague for that evening.
