The Iraqi Province of Anbar is now mostly controlled by Islamic State, after the militant 1 group seized the key city of Ramadi last month. The Iraqi government has vowed 2 to liberate 3 the province, and according to the defense 4 ministry 5, thousands of its troops have been mobilized to surround the area.
After heavy clashes between the Iraqi forces and the extremists of IS, the Islamic state affiliates 6 have imposed their control on the city of Ramadi the center of the province of Anbar in October, sending more enforcements and deploying 7 more troops on the suburbs of Anbar Province as a preparation to liberate the area.
