NBC独家采访英国三王子
Television first. Prince Charles and his two sons, William and Harry 1 sat down recently for an interview with two popular English TV hosts. Now in a NBC exclusive: The Heirs to British Throne, (to The British Throne) opened up about what life is like behind the castle walls.
The younger Royals say they are just like most 20-somethings. They are big fans of the American Idol 2.
He won't admit it, but we did both watch it and especially the American Pop Idol
Oh! Well, we that wasn't so good though...
No, we didn't... But the, the cut outs were so good.
Yeah, beyond visions...
Have You guys got the same sense of humor? Do you watch the same comedy programs?
Yeah, we, we tend to mostly the same sort of , yeah, with a lot same sort of things, although there's usually an argument over the remote control at home about who watches what, (Oh! really?) um, that usually goes on quite a while.
Friends is always the safe bet.
Yeah!
How about the cooking skills of two of the most eligible 3 bachelors in the world?
That's what we eat to be a good cook.
(inaudible)
I've done a bit at university when I was at university (why?) I did the cooking, I had to feed my flatmates , which was quite hard work (right) because I kind of made quite a lot, but it's um, I wasn't very good at it neither.
This rare glance of royal life will highlight the 30th anniversary celebration of the Princes' Trust, a charity founded by Charles to help the underprivileged, which included a star-studded benefit concert with performances by the Bee Gees 4 and Ozzy Osbourne.
I find some of the programs we, we started for people just helps to, to develop their abilities, you know, and, and suddenly particularly people you know who've been offenders 5 can be completely transformed (yeah), much to everybody's amazement 6.
Sounds kick start their, their lives and...
So what it did I think is, is investment in, in the future.
But when the future of their sporting life comes up in the royals case their passion for polo, it's Prince Charles who would like a lot of dads has come to admit he can no longer keep up with his boys.
The last time I played with them in a, in a tournament we really wanted to win, and I get(got) this stuff, you know, shouted at me sily old father, get on with it , the usual thing and I was trying too hard this role, but I was trying too hard I remember doing it. I had to turn the pony 7 very fast, the next thing, I mean the thing that the pony came down sideways, and I must have landed absolutely smack 8 on my head. Anyway, completely fell me. He said, Papa's just snoring you see, and there I was busily swallowingmy tongue and quietly dying. Remember you told me that. (I remember it very well, you get up) Anyway I was, I was taken off in an ambulance. That was the last time I played with them, the pressure was too great, I think.
Papa, we won the game.
