Selimaj is owner of Nino's Bellisima in New York City, creator of the world's most expensive pizza. Nino, good morning to you.

A thousand bucks 1 (wow) for this pizza.

How did you come up with this idea?
Idea came simply, because I have been 29 years in this city and it's a great city, the greatest on earth, I believe and we deserve something to have a ..to show. I have, er, five older restaurants but I decided 2 to open pizza. And I wanna be different than all the older corner pizza what they have. So here what goes is the 12 inches thin crust of the cream fresh with 6 different caviars. And it's beautiful. It’s precisely 3 precut. Enjoy it!
What makes it worth $1000, the caviar?
Oh, it was caviar. That's what it is.
And how much is it really worth? Could you mark it up?
So, real real my cost is $720.

And this isn’t cooked. You don't really cook this food?
Yeah.
This is er baked first at all and then it's not cooked, not caviar you can cook.

You mentioned that the caviar. And there is a very thinly slice of lobster 4 tail (slice of Lobster tail, right.) as well. ( Right, put in.) So can you come in here and just order a slice in your restaurant?
