Well, from robin 1 roberts to Channing Tatum，the biggest stars on the planet here in new orleans. For last night’s big game, including the reigning 2 People's sexiest man alive, and assumed to be dad. Channing Tatum has a new movie coming out, and a new bar right here in New Orleans on bourbon street no less. That’s where we met for a little catchup.
He's a movie star. Dubbed 3 "people's" sexiest man alive. And now he's opening a place for friends and fans. A new bar on Bourbon Street, called saints and sinners.
Is this, was it a labor 4 of love? Is this something you can always have percolating 5? You and your buddies 6?
I don't think anybody can ever have the idea of a bar on Bourbon. That’s just absolutely insanity 7.
Insanity, perhaps, or maybe it's Channing Tatum's gulf 8 coast roots coming through. I grew up in past mississippi for about five years. It’s about 45 minutes east of here. Like, this was the biggest city I had ever been in, you know, with people everywhere, people throwing beads 9 and girls doing insanity stuff. I was just like, that's just what i want to do when I grow up.
Of course, the 32-year-old actor grew up to do a whole lot more than just that. He's doing well. His latest role is in Steven Soderbergh’s "side effects" a psychological thriller 10 out this friday, which also happens to feature yours truly as, what whatelse, a news anchor.
